Mid-week update. Our six utility levers.

I did this last week and then lost it in my computer.  I found it again when I started organizing my documents folder.  I was very excited to fill this out and feel it gives a good idea of what values we are going to share with our customers.
    If you remember, I did this based on my Warby Parker experience.  I think this does a good job  of both identifying your differentiation, while emphasizing the needs of specific features and services.  This can be used to further populate the business model canvas to create a more informed business plan.
