Due to the human traffickers have enough resources to invest in high technology to reach their goals; one of the central duties of Amber - FasTrack project must focus in security of the information, during it transmission, as well as in its repository, but also in its promotion and feedback with the end users.

The Network Security requires a capable person to monitor possible intrusions or interruption of the network, which implies information corruption or interruption in the communication, verify the encryption algorithms, monitor access 24/7.
The Database Security requires an administrator who can monitor the access and activity into the database (DB) in the cloud, make backups, verify success and failed login, increase security in passwords (even the administrators), audit the capability of the physical disks, keep the integrity of the DB and have prepared a Disaster Recovery Plan DRP.
The Network Security and Database Security can be contracted or sponsored with a third party, like IBM, or Oracle. In the contract could be specify the service level, accessibility, security and DRP. However, the Fast-TracKid requires a technical support who understands and audit the contractor, and be the bridge between the contractor and Fast-TracKid project staff. Due to the importance of the information security, the responsible of this position should have experience in network security, but also in database management and project management to support the developer when modifications are requested.
The Application Development, Maintenance and Security position requires a highly qualified programmer in java. Their main duties is to develop a light application and compact information to be transmitted fast even with a average speed of 2.8Mbps. She should document the code, but also processes diagrams, cases of use, change and update log. She should be in contact directly with the Idea Founder to update and test the application, but also with the Technical Manager to review any change in DB or network specifications and make test after a change.
The Publicity and Awareness position requires a person with social and communication skills, proactivity to contact Ministries of Education and local churches to spread the use of the IDBoards and registration by smartphone. She is responsible to build the publicity in social media and the content to aware parents an children and registration boards. She also will gather information from the final users during the interviews and transmit it to the Idea Founder, Application Developer and Technical Manager
The Investor's Seeker should be also the Idea Founder, who understands the purpose of the project and have the passion to explain the project and answer questions. The main investors are the Parents' Associations in schools, kidnapped and missing children associations, companies like IBM, Oracle, who can give donation in kind as space in the cloud for database, maintenance and monitor of networks. Microsoft has the foundation iKeepsafe which is committed to combat the distribution of children pornography.
The CEO should have experience in finance to elaborate the economic model of financial sustainability and project management to coordinate the flow of information and activities between the technical part, publicity and idea founder.

- Optimization Model Manager, who should have mathematical skills to find a better solutions to delimit which airports, bus stations or frontiers are more able to send the police report.
- Data Mining Analyst, who should have analytics skills to clean the information in the databases and analyze them to find patterns for statistics purposes and application calibration.
- Case tracker, who should have communication skills to contact the parents to confirm information of the registration and apply surveys to analyze the easy use of the application, and if the authorities and law enforcement give them fast service once they send a request to find a kid. This information should also be load ina database with statistical purposes.
