On capacity building

I found this article harder to decipher and understand than the articles we have read so far. The points argued here were not as tangible as the earlier concepts we discussed, at least to me. Also, I had to distinguish what would work for a non-profit and for a for-profit given the article is for a non-profit context and my venture is probably going to be for-profit.

This being said my key impressions:

-Continual revisiting, rethinking and revising your goals and along your strategies and tactics.

-Experienced and good management

-Patience and persistence
