The quiz on this link is for already existing businesses which are up and running. But I think by doing this quiz it helped me think about these questions as to how I would hire people and at what level I would like to be engaged in the hiring process. Its a great way to start your HR Planning. I do agree with the article in our reading on having a five cornerstone team , but having those five people from your close friends and family according to me is not a good idea. Having a few people from family and friends is fine but not too many. As it complicates relationships and makes doing business difficult. I would ideally like to hire from various backgrounds to have a creative and innovative workforce.
